Steba DF 180 Single Stand-Alone 3L 2000W Stainless Steel

Description

The compact stainless steel deep fryer DF 180 holds 3 liters of oil and thus offers space for up to 1 kg of tasty fried food. Chips, chicken nuggets and calamari always succeed with the professional heating system of the cold zones at up to 190癈 - without burning, since the high-performance heating elements lie freely in the oil! This makes the bottom of the pot cooler than above the heating rods (here the food is fried). If fried food falls through the basket, it will no longer burn on the bottom of the pot. This saves a lot of time during cleaning. The cold zone deep fryer is completely dismountable. In this way, the frying fat can be poured into a storage container if necessary and all the components of the fryer can be easily cleaned. The XXL viewing window offers additional user comfort, so you always have everything in view. This text is machine translated.
