Celestron NV-2 4.5x40mm Night Vision Monocular with Infrared ASSIST - Still & Video Feature

Description

Lift the Veil of Darkness See objects clearly near or far, even on the darkest night and follow the movements of wildlife as they go about their nightly activities. Save your photos and videos to the included 8 GB microSD memory card or swap the card out for a microSD card of your own. The NV-2 Night Vision Scope works in two ways depending on the ambient lighting conditions. The Celestron NV-2 Night Vision Scope is a one-hand scope that offers both dusk and night-vision viewing, still image and video recording, in-device playback, and more. The Celestron NV-2 Night Vision Scope features a VGA 640x480 color display for enhanced image quality. Rugged Construction for Tough Use The NV-2 Night Vision Scope features a durable polymer chassis with thick rubber armor coating to protect the objective and eyepiece lenses. The scope is water resistant IPX4, so you can use it confidently in damp conditions or endure water splashes in the field. You can adjust the intensity of the IR beam to observe subjects at different distances with increased clarity. In dim conditions, such as at dawn and dusk, you can observe without activating the IR beam by using the NV-2's low illumination CCD. The computer will automatically recognize the content on the memory card. In total or near-total darkness, the NV-2's infrared (IR) beam is activated to provide clear, detailed views. The scope allows for long-distance viewing of subjects up to 200 meters away.
